Bojangles is known for their Carolina institution - the all-day breakfast Cajun biscuit. Served buttery and flaky, stuffed with a crispy, salty-spicy chicken filet, it's a southern style umami heaven. Despite the great food, the service and presentation were lacking. Trash in the parking lot, employees not attentive, and dirty countertops made dining in less appealing. However, in Charlotte, the morning staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The chicken biscuits and Bo rounds were enjoyed. The restaurant is clean, but there were complaints about immature teenagers using profanity. While it's turning more into a fast-food place, the lack of healthy food choices was noted.
