I recently came to Charlotte to take care of my father who was in the hospital. A few mornings before going there, I would stop and get breakfast because it was on the way. The morning staff members were always smiles and friendly. Charity a staff worker took great care of us and even made Chicken tenders for my daughter. Customer Service was excellent. Food was great and enjoyed my chicken biscuits and Bo rounds. I will definitely come again when in town.
Waited 10 minutes to order in lobby and left after workers just looked at me and walked away to go to the back

Walked in and we can see the place is disgusting. The food looked really old. The person working there ignored us and stayed on her phone. We did not stay and walked back out. Definitely a gross place, Especially for food.

I arrived here this morning 2/15/24 6:47am. I stood there waiting to place my order because i saw hat it wasn’t busy. The cashier running the drive through finally told after me waiting patiently that I had to go out and order. Now you mean to tell me you have a problem taking one simple order when you’re not even busy. Poor customer service and plainly just too lazy to preform on the job services.
