I like them but the speaker was broke and I had to go to another location that was rude. Just because I said the coleslaw was opened in my bag. The other girl shouted, "What's the problem ? Why can't she put the top on it. It was not nice, and my chicken wasn't as good as usual.

I hate coming to any bojangles because the customer service is always bad but the food is good. The lady taking our order was rude had an attitude for no reason , I’ve worked in fast food so I know how it is but it’s not right to be rude to customers that are being nice. No cars were behind us and I understand they are timed on how quickly cars get in and get out but she was rushing us , all we needed was 2 minutes. Then I asked for Dr Pepper she didn’t tell me they didn’t...
