Worst bojangles store around. Service is so slow the few times I stopped by. The inside was closed at 10 am for some reason. $18 for 3 bisqets and bo rounds. The chicken filet bisquets tasted like rubber and couldn't eat them. Wish a chick-fil-a would replace this location.
We waited for over 30 mins for our order. The service and staff were good, but my order is never accurate when I order here. Always double-check your order. You will regret it if you dont.

Paid 30.30 for 8 pcs family meal. Sides were mashed potatoes/gravy and cole slaw. Got home no cole slaw in box. tried to call store number on receipt 3 times and no answer but a request for an access code to enter. BTW is this enough mashed potatoes for a family meal?

Have been multiple times and have found out fast that employees cant read a simple order ticket and they serve raw chicken. Worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. Will drive 30 minutes to go to a different location at this point.

I am unsure of the problem been going here for months no issues but the last 2 weeks have been all problems either the food has not been right or the line is 10+ cars to the speaker and moves so slow and the lobby is closed when I come through today they where out of biscuits.....this location needs to figure it out and get it together

Ya’ll really need to keep it young and vibrant at the window. The elderly workers lack patience & mannerism like they don’t wanna be there but the money is necessary. It gives just that. I asked for to exchange an item on my order the lady at the window worried about my tea cup shitzhu in the passenger seat like all all of a sudden she can’t help or hear what I’m saying. WORRY ABOUT MY ORDER NOT WHAT IS IN MY CAR!

Just tried going to this location, only the drive-thru was open. The drive-thru had a line all the way through the parking lot. Last time i went before this, the lady in the drive-thru was very rude and slow on getting orders out the window. By slow, i mean i sat in line for 30 mins. And by rude i mean she had an attitude then got angry and tried to force me to hand over my phone (thats how i have always paid, tap to pay) lying stating the tap to pay cord wasnt long enough. I know it was a lie bc I have paid this way at this location every time i have ever gone (multiple times a week as i work down the street). I cannot hand the workers my phone, as it requires a pass code to allow the card to be charged. This location used to be fast and courteous. Its sad to see it has gone completely down hill. I dont see myself going back, and will tell others to steer clear of this location from now on. Go at your own risk, you will be late to where ever you are heading afterwards unless u allow for at least 30 mins of wait time. And just know the workers very possibly will be rude.

This place goes from bad to worst ….. they need new management place so dirty and very very very slow
Terrible service. Had five customers waiting with orders in on the tablet for 20 mins . You prepay on the tablet so nothing could even be done. They completely ignore the inside part of the store and the drive thru is beyond slow. The workers have no idea what theyre doing clearly. And the manager was hiding in the back til she came out to notice the entire front waiting.

I live in the Steel Creek area and this Bojangles (and maybe all others) have had a severe drop in customer service and quality of food. Biscuits are starting to be over cooked, dark brown and hard. Cajun chicken is basically crumbs with a sliver of chicken.
Don't get me start with the AI drive through and the touch screens inside where you can't even up size a combo and the people that work there say they don't even know how they work!
I think I may be done with Bojangles! Time to find another breakfast fast food when I don't want to make breakfast.
