When asked for fresh fries, I returned the same cold fries; my chicken tender was not fresh and cold. These students at UNCC deserve to be served hot and fresh food from the money their parents had worked for! Come on, train your employees properly. I bet they don't eat that crap they serve!

This place is always sorry! I have to beg for hot fresh food every time I go there. But they don't care about what you eat. All they want is your money. I can't believe they expect people to come back for the same sorry food and service again. I should have known better. That's the last $40 they will get from me for a meal not fit for a dog. Last time! The manager should be fired for allowing this to go on. SMH

You telling me my fries are fresh when they are cold. I just ordered my food. The biscuit is hot. Chicken and fries are not fresh. Drink machine is not working properly either. Shut down this location quickly. Even the mashed potatoes are nasty.and they don’t even got hot sauce or napkins either.just not a good experience with bojangles anymore. Poor quality for maximum dollars. You will eventually shut down soon because you not caring about your customers who show patronism.

Food was good service was good but don't go to the drive-thru I had to wait in for 20 -30 minutes in the parking lot.. you'll end up going into the store looking for your food so what's the point

Somehow this Bojangles missed the mark. The chicken is not as good as other Bojangles branch. When ordering I had asked them to make a fresh batch and I wouldn’t mind waiting, but they refused saying that the batch they would be giving is new. The service seems to be slower than others as the line seems to move slower.
The fried chicken is not so good but the chicken with the buffalo sauce is great. Parking space is good and plentiful but there is a spot that has an opened manhole cover but there is nothing to mark it.
