Food was good service was good but don't go to the drive-thru I had to wait in for 20 -30 minutes in the parking lot.. you'll end up going into the store looking for your food so what's the point

Somehow this Bojangles missed the mark. The chicken is not as good as other Bojangles branch. When ordering I had asked them to make a fresh batch and I wouldn’t mind waiting, but they refused saying that the batch they would be giving is new. The service seems to be slower than others as the line seems to move slower.
The fried chicken is not so good but the chicken with the buffalo sauce is great. Parking space is good and plentiful but there is a spot that has an opened manhole cover but there is nothing to mark it.

Everytime I come here it's something different. I don't normally complain but if they gone give me a large fry with my supreme combo at least give me some fresh fries. Look like I was giving a large fry that was old and have been sitting for a min. They gave me 4 tenders with a large fry that was old. The girl who took my order didn't even ask if I want a 4 or 6 piece she just gave me what ever at the window. Think this my last time eating here. Lunch hours my order always messed up. & At night y'all think y'all could just give us food that has been sitting? Until someone gets sick.

This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this location. It may be the last. Ordered 4 piece supreme combo, dirty rice, tea and bbq sauce. I got the tea and the supremes, but they screwed the rest up. Gave me bo-rounds and no sauce at all. Why should I have to double check my order before I leave?
