Could your employees have a little less obvious contempt for the patrons? Also, converse with each other a little less, and make orders a little faster. Nothing like being the only person in line and waiting 15 minutes to place my order.
I visit this location infrequently, but the experience always consistent.
They don't know what bbq sauce is because everytime I get my sauce it is honey mustard. I ordered 5 chicken supremes with mac n cheese, sweet tea and bbq sauce. I left with 4 chicken supremes, 2 orders of cold fries, honey mustard, and sour sweet tea. Definitely won't be back here.
This is the worst bojangles I have ever been too. I live near here and they have NEVER gotten my order right in all the years they’ve been here. I wish I was exaggerating. They messed up my order tonight, were rude, no one even attempted to apologize. We got home and order was still wrong! The customer service at this location is awful. There no point complaining to management because they care even less. This place is absolutely awful.
