Very unprofessional and unorganized.
Waited at this location 20 minutes for a Uber eats order in which they could not produce. The woman said “ I’m working on drive-through orders right now and I’m waiting for someone else to get up here and work on third-party orders” How about Bojangles just stopped doing Uber eats if they can’t handle the demand. Enjoy your one star won’t be back.

Had to wait about 12 minutes for a drive thru order. I was told 6 minutes. Half my order was cold. They were apologetic but why not make it all fresh?

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Not all of the staff is bad, however there are a few with trash attitudes. Paid for extra sauce and get argued with that I didn’t. The fact you even have to pay for extra sauce is wild, but to have to argue with an employee just to get it, after already paying for it is even wilder. Y'all act like it’s coming out of your paycheck…
