The few times I've come here out of desperatation or under duress, they tell me they're out of something I've already paid for (yes, I take my chances ordering via the app to avoid interaction with the morons that work here) with no offer to substitute or even partially refund. Clearly, the service is trash. Just noticed their mediocre sanitation score, too. Maybe I've finally learned my lesson.Too bad, because at one time, Bojangles was actually decent.

Me and my friend ordered curbside pickup for TWO boberry biscuits. We waited in curbside for at least 20 minutes. When they didn’t come, we called, and they told us we had to come inside even though we ordered curbside. She also hung-up on me in the middle of a sentence. We got inside and waited another 10 minutes at the cash register and the man told us to wait for someone near pickup to take our order. We waited there for another 5-10 minutes and no one came so he finally made it for us. It took him all of two seconds. I understand being understaffed, but that was a ridiculous wait for biscuits that took less than a minute to make. They also were out of a lot of stuff and it’s only 12 in the afternoon.

First, I get it, it's fast food but now that fast food costs almost as much as a real restaurant. It's time as consumers we stop accepting shit service and excuses. It's disgusting. Every table dirty, bathrooms absolutely disgusting. They shouldn't be in business. No soap in the bathrooms or paper towels (minus the ones all over the floor).Hands down the WORST employees. If you hate your life/job that much, go somewhere else. The dude with dreads literally was pissed we even came in. His manager, was clearly afraid of his own staff. I left before I ordered just because of how absolutely filthy the place was and what shit attitudes everyone had. I really hope they close and there miserable employees get a job where no one has to deal with them. This place is the problem with America now, no one speaks up and just accepts far less than their monies worth. These kids down deserve anymore then minimum wage.
