Me and my friend ordered curbside pickup for TWO boberry biscuits. We waited in curbside for at least 20 minutes. When they didn’t come, we called, and they told us we had to come inside even though we ordered curbside. She also hung-up on me in the middle of a sentence. First, I get it, it's fast food but now that fast food costs almost as much as a real restaurant. It's time as consumers we stop accepting shit service and excuses. It's disgusting. Every table dirty, bathrooms absolutely disgusting. They shouldn't be in business. No soap in the bathrooms or paper towels (minus the ones all over the floor).Hands down the WORST employees. The few times I've come here out of desperatation or under duress, they tell me they're out of something I've already paid for (yes, I take my chances ordering via the app to avoid interaction with the morons that work here) with no offer to substitute or even partially refund. Clearly, the service is trash. Just noticed their mediocre sanitation score, too. Maybe I've finally learned my lesson.Too bad, because at one time, Bojangles was actually decent.
