First time having Bojangles. I placed my order on the website, was quoted something wild like 5 minutes for order to be ready. I got there right about that 5 minute mark and about 10 minutes after that I was informed that it would be another 18 minutes for parts of my order to be available (drumsticks, thighs) so I asked if I could switch to the supremes (strips) to avoid the wait. About another 10 minutes later my order was ready. The worker was very polite, apologized and kept...

IF YOU’RE TIGHT WITH TIME THEN AVOID THIS LOCATION DURING LUNCH HOURS !

Second day in a row I experienced short staffed service delays.

Kudos to the crew who showed for work and were doing there very best to help customers. ??
