It’s Bojangles, do you know what you’re gonna get when you get there. If you’re looking for a seven course meal, do you know this ain’t it! If you’re looking for biscuits and gravy and someplace, that will probably not mess up your order… Maybe check it out. I always check the bag because you never know! If I come home and there’s something missing, my wife is not happy so we don’t do that lol

Came up to the drive thru on 3/6/25 at 950pm. And the gentleman told me they were closed. I said it's 950pm only? He said they were closed with no explanation. Saw a few other cars coming up to the drive thru so I expect they were disappointed as me. Please try to stay open or change your hours.

As someone who eats way too much fast food, I can tell you this is the best Bojangles in Charlotte! The biscuit maker here makes the biscuits so fluffy it's amazing. You eat one and you don't even feel like you have had a biscuit, which means you can eat two of them! Haha. Bo rounds are crispy not chewy. Love love love love love love love this Bojangles

Dirty rice and white gravy for mashed potatoes are chocked full of sausage. Make sure to order white gravy.

We live five minutes away, we try this place about once a year, and are disappointed every time. Today I ordered online for curbside delivery. I waited in my car for at least 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready. When I went inside, there was an employee on her phone sitting at a table, apparently FaceTiming. There was not a single customer in the store. My order was just sitting in the window in a bag. I asked if they actually do curbside delivery and the woman that handed it to me said yes. I’m very confused. Would’ve been easy for someone to bring the order out. Am I lazy? Maybe. But I’m also in my pajamas and slippers. What’s the point of offering curbside delivery?
