They gave me hard extremely crispy chicken bites which were nothing but fried grease... I saw no meat. They had no napkins which I was told when I asked for them, I was handed my box through the drive up window and I asked to have my box/food put into a bag. I was told, they have no bags. They even got my beverage incorrect. They gave me something called Starry when I asked for Pepsi. Then they said they have no Pepsi.... However, the drive through girl was pleasant. They should've offered me a free meal coupon or something.... I will be contacting the higher ups on this. I was very unsatisfied.

I stopped by one night to grab some quick chicken (as I often did) but then out of the blue a man enters through the doorway he was tall wearing a trench coat with the hood up and glasses. I didn’t think much of it at first but then slowly started to take off his trench coat! (What is her doing) I thought to myself but then out of no where looks at me and says “YOU WILL PAYYY” I was obviously terrified by the impending attack by the rageful man But then out of something straight out of a movie the worker at the register Greg jumps on the register table and body slams this guy to the floor they’re going at it I mean smash here thwack there but in the end Greg came out on top and the guy in the trench coat ran away screaming and terrified after being absolutely killed by this lowly bojangles worker safe to say I WILL be going back there! And the food is very good always out on time.

I cannot express this enough, go to another bojangles. Usually I don't post awful reviews but this one is warranted. I've ordered from them 3 times on 3 different spread out timeframes and each has been equally bad. Between the obvious old ingredients to even being cold to the soda being out of syrup, you name it, it's been done. The customer service is equally as bad with someone behind the counter and at the drive through treating you as no more than a fly they can't dispose of. Just go somewhere else.

Good luck having anyone at the counter. Came in for a mobile pickup after being pulled up at the drive thru. Nobody ever bought the order out. Came inside and waited 15 minutes until an employee emerged from the back to ask what I needed. 30 minutes waiting on 12 Bo bites and 45 minutes from time order was placed. No other employees around.

We had an exceptional experience with the Bojangles at Waverly. We placed a larger order and the team jumped all over it and got us out the door in 20 mins. This is for a family memorial so it was a big order. Thank Waverly Bojangles we will be back
When this store opened at Waverly we were over excited , we are only about 8 minutes away. The excitement was short lived. Stopped going there all together because food was never fresh, order was always wrong. Even when we tried to dine in often we would have to return our food because it was cold and stale. I was going to be home alone tonight and decided to give it a try, even though I was getting it to go I went inside to order. They had one customer eating in and one ahead of me waiting to order. He stood there waiting for someone to come take his order, we could see one person wandering around at the other end of the counter and she saw us but made no indication that she knew we were there. After a few minutes a young lady appeared from around the corner down by the pick up area and realized she had two customers waiting. She took the first order and then before I placed my order I asked if the chicken was fresh fried and hot, she said I keep it fresh. I placed my order, two piece white meat with cold slaw, Mac & Cheese and a. Biscuit Paid for my food and headed home to enjoy Bojangles meal. What a disappointment, cold slaw cold, chicken cold and dry as if it had been sitting out all day, Mac & Cheese Luke warm, biscuit cold, needless to say most of it went in the trash. If that had been the first time it had happened that way I probably would have thought it was just a bad day, since I have experienced this several times before I just didn’t want to go back to try and have it corrected, it just appears to be the way things are handled at this location. It is quite sad since this store is located in a fast growing shopping area with lots of restaurants, a hotel, apartments, medical facility’s, people everywhere everyday looking for places to get a good meal.
