Garrett has catered excellent dinners for us for many years. I was surprised to see a surge of negative reviews, all posted at the same time from various individuals. You must ask yourself how that could be true while so many of us have appreciated Garrett’s excellent service for many years. Ridiculous!

On behalf of Bon Vivant I am a sous chef for this award winning company and in my unbias opinion the one star ratings and negative comments are most likely our competitors furthermore it is a rare occasion for us to have unhappy clients most of our clients our usually repeat clients and book us more than once a year for an event. These negative comments are from spam or competitor catering businesses.
I had hired them on my last trip to Charlotte, mainly because of all the 5 star reviews, and I have to say that I was not disappointed. Food was quite good and the service was top notch

I personally know Chef Garrett and applaud the work he has done with his company and for the people that work for him. The quality of his work is unmatched. He cares deeply for his employees and makes sure they make an incredible wage. He has brought in partners and gives them all equal shares of the company that he has built from the ground up. His events are planned with precision and passion. Every single event I have attended has been with completed with the utmost class and he takes time to talk to all of his guests. He truly loves what he does and who he does it for. I've noticed some 1 star reviews on here and i know that they are fake. A hack job done against his company for political views and competition. It's easy to point out as they were all done at the same time. Each one star review was done exactly 2 weeks ago. Every other review is spread out and beautiful. Not a single one of those bad reviews is anywhere close to an accurate depiction of Chef Garrett or his company. If you want the best, look no further.
