The first time when I visited there, that time, the server was a different person. That person was really kind and sweet.

If you want some good wings, this is the place to go! The drums are the size of your fist! We tried the plain, Korean BBQ, and soy garlic. All were really good, Korean BBQ had some spice, and soy garlic was my favorite.Wheelchair accessibility: There is hardly any space between tables. Servers had trouble just getting to tables. Probably not the place to go if wheelchair bound.
The Soy Garlic chicken was not good at all. It was fried to hard and had no taste, except that of bad grease.When I walked in you could smell the old grease and I almost cancelled my order. However, I gave the benefit of my doubt. I also agree with.a previous customer who stated that they do not put enough sauce on the chicken for to go orders or maybe it's the cooks who prepare the food. I noticed that a customers order was being brought to their table and their wings were full of sauce.This was not worth $25, my order actually was $34 dollars because I had the seasoned fries. This was my second experience with Bonchon and this one is not good at all. The one in Fayetteville, Ga is very good and fresh plus their presentation was great. No sauce on the boxes but on the chicken.. I would drive there first(Fayetteville, GA) and will never go to this location again.

Terrible! Bought a combo today with wings and drumsticks. The chicken was old! You could tell because it was dry, shredded and smelly. The coleslaw smelled fishy and I thought it was just me being sensitive but when I put it in my mouth it tasted worse than it smelled.I don’t know if it was an off day but we won’t be going back. We used to regularly have it last year so I was excited to make it a regular Friday pickup.Service was fine- we did take-out.

Please note: I've only had food from this location via DoorDash; never seen the inside. Reading actual reading is 4.5. I love all of the food, but I've not been a big fan of side orders of sauce, as I found them to be overwhelmingly salty . Japchae is the stand out dish here, and I order it every time. Other favorites are the Korean donuts and edamame. Fried rice has a nice flavor, although it can be a little dry at times. I was pleasantly surprised by how delightful the food here is, and will keep ordering

The sauce on Bon Chon's chicken is tasty, that's for sure. A few years ago, it alone would have made this five stars.But the fact is, even as the prices have gone up (not their fault), the size of the pieces have gotten smaller (their fault), and because these small, thin pieces of chicken are then fried, they're now tough as shoe leather.Still tasty on the outside, now unenjoyable to eat.Parking: Big parking lot shared with the rest of the mall.

picked up an online order and there was initially no one at the host stand when i arrived. there was a shelf with packaged orders near the host stand that i could access, too. i didnt want to snoop around and take my order without permission, but in my defense there was no one around! and my food was sitting right there looking so scrumptious! so i did look at the ticket to check if it was mine (it was), and by that point someone came over to help me.i ordered the sesame ginger salad with fried tofu, and the tteokbokki. loved the dressing on the salad, and the tteokbokki was really spicy with a good amount of cheese. both were really good. next time I'll try the fried chicken.i really like bb.q because they have a rosé tteokbokki, but they are closed on mondays, so bonchon wins this round ?
