It’s a shame that the female management/leadership here has such a nasty attitude. There are two servers who are extremely kind and attentive and then another who is irritated that she has to talk to people. The food is absolutely delicious, consistent, and probably some of the best in Charlotte. Spending $$ for a meal knowing that it’s supporting people who don’t care about service or the guest experience is just not worth it. Get your act together, Bonzai leadership!

They stop sitting for lunch at 1:40 PM. Showed up at 1:40 PM and the front desk lady talked to us until it was 1:41 PM and then said sorry we can’t sit you as it was 1 minute past the deadline (no joke). There were two tables that had just been sat and didn’t even have their drinks yet and they still turned us away. Attempted to find compromise and was met with extremely rude comments about it being a zero tolerance policy and somehow unfair to the wait staff, even though we had walked in the door within the window that they set. All of the servers we have ever had in this restaurant have been extremely kind, I’m not entirely sure why this person had such a nasty attitude and was so against a very reasonable customer service action.

This is our go-to Thai restaurant. Everything is freshly cooked and delicious! Last week I tried the mango saki. Be careful because it’s so tasty, you’ll want to chug it:)
