Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

Went and ordered my typical order today. To my surprise, when I got home the wings were undercooked and not to my expectation. Brought the wings back for remediation and was met with the GM of the place who was an absolute nightmare. Employee's I typically communicate with appeared moving around like prisoners. It made me very uncomfortable as I typically order from this restaurant and the energy/vibe was off. This gentleman appeared to lead with fear, Intimidation, and aggression. This will be the last time I order here. Not because of the staff, food, or atmosphere. It's due to the monster that's running this place as the General manager

Ordered BBQ pizza, wings and desert pizza. BBQ pizza is good, but the wings are literally uncooked.
Desert pizza is a disaster. I appreciate the service and the atmosphere.

I came in around lunchtime with my wife and stopped to ask one of the employees, Joseph, a few questions about how the pizzas were made. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail. Joseph provided outstanding customer service and made us feel very welcome. Our server was great as well, and the food was amazing. The excellent service and delicious pizza made for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕😊

We just went there and their Sanitation score had slipped. We don't eat anywhere that is below 93.
Delicious good! Salads pizza and more. Large servings! Leftovers. Pizza and food items! Good for large or small groups. Many of thier tables are big, and they have many booths. Crowded parking (many stores). Lunch and dinner are good! Also good for late night.

We stopped for lunch after playing tennis at Blakeney. My husband and I shared a small Caesar salad; it was very good. My husband got his own Greek pizza and loved it. I got my own with ranch dressing as my sauce and chicken, bacon and onion for my
toppings. The pizza was excellent!!! I highly recommend this place. We will be back. ❤️🔥🍕

This place was great until we noticed the guy handling the food by the pizza was vaping into the brick oven. Was wearing a black hoodie and grey hat.

Highly recommend this location.

We were here very close to closing time and yet we got the best service!

We tried the Greek and also the Woodfired options. The ingredients maintained their fresh taste. Would definitely give it a try again!

I’ve been coming to Brixx Wood Fired Pizza for about two years, and it’s clearly going downhill. The pizza has gotten noticeably thinner, and when I asked if it could be made like before, the manager’s response was basically “then it’ll just be smaller,” which felt dismissive. The ingredients also don’t taste as fresh as they used to. On top of that, service slipped today—our server barely checked in, messed up the order, and I overheard her laughing about it with a colleague.

I just want to give a shoutout to the staff and manager for their excellent customer service. There was a bit of misunderstanding (mostly on our part) and the manager went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. He heard me out, apologized, and made the moment right. Stellar customer service in today’s world.
