Okay, the place is a lil janky, it's got a broken window, they rarely clean the tables, and the coffee is mid. But omg their breakfast sandwiches and bagels are ?????. I personally haven't had any issues with the staff but I've seen them get a little snarky with other customers.
Some mornings you just really want a bagel though and I know where I'm always going to go to get it.

Didn't put sandwich on the right bagel, but it was still good, ordered 6 bagels with a tub of cream cheese, got home and no cream cheese.Update: food was fresh and delicious. I'll just make sure to ask for the cream cheese next time.

love this place! everyone was so sweet and good at their job and it’s impossible to find bagels in this godforsaken “city.” thanks bruegger’s for being the chain that saves us!
