Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlotte

“I haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in over two years and I must say I had another amazing experience. Our server Kara was so amazing, patient, knowledgeable of the menu, and gave amazing suggestions. The only thing that was wrong was the garlic parmesan on my boneless wings that was a little too salty but outside of that everything else was amazing.“

“Today we had a new server named Joshua! It was his first day and we were his first table. I had to stop and Give him recognition! I called the manager Amanda over to the table to let her know how great the service was!! He was very thorough, professional and prompt. He was all smiles during the entire visit, and his spirit was so welcoming! He was very fast and accurate with placing our order! I will definitely be back, if for no other reason than to sit in Josh’s section!“

“Nice location just lack of parking spaces. Food was good, came out in a good mattrr of time and tasted good. Service was excellent our waitress helped us with ordering as their online system was not working properly, she was friendly, checked on us for refill and asked if we needed anything. Wish I could have remembered her name so she be acknowledged for her services.“

“Okay I guess my experience was better than some folks. I was hungry and grumpy. The manager Jaquavis reassured me he would sauce the wings good. Naicer was a very soft spoken sweet young man. My food was good, fresh, hot, and sauced well. The service was excellent. They did a job well done. So it worked out for me!! I appreciate them. The place was very clean too. My second time eating BWW.“

“Nina, Tara and the amazing Nova really helped us out at the last minute. We hungry and not far and they said come on in. Nova was so sweet and helped us out with her favorite flavors, Tara was awesome over the phone and Nina topped it off by running the place like a pro. Shouts out to this team you guys rock!!!“
