I recently visited this restaurant expecting a decent meal, but walked straight into chaos. Asked for any booth -nope, they herded me to the worst table imaginable: right by blaring TVs, sticky surface, crumbs everywhere. Plenty of empty good seats, but staff flat-out ignored my requests.
Totally not what i expected and serious bad customer service. I suspect the people are not very well trained there, management take note. Needless to say i left and went elsewhere for a wonderful meal. Been a long supporter but wont be returning anytime soon.

The mac and cheese was just meh, and the beer-battered onion rings—usually my favorite—were soggy and lacked flavor. The chicken, though, was the highlight: five juicy, decent-sized pieces that packed a lot of spice even without sauce. Overall, some hits and misses, but not terrible.

We’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings several times, but this visit was extremely disappointing. Our server insisted tipping was mandatory and pressured us to circle a tip percentage on the bill before even charging our card. When we clarified that tips are not mandatory, another server—who didn’t even serve us—came outside and yelled at us saying, “Don’t come back. You can’t afford it.” Later, she even made obscene gestures toward us as we were leaving.
As new parents just trying to grab a meal, this was shocking and insulting. The manager, Kelly, apologized and promised to take action, but the damage was already done.
We have always tipped generously in the past, but no guest should feel forced or disrespected like this. Very disappointing experience, and sadly, it makes us think twice before returning.

To go order wrong again. I tell myself stop spending money here and I go and do it anyway. Ordered 10 traditional. Got boneless and not even the right flavor. Ordered 10 barbecue. Way too hot when we didn’t even add heat. Threw it all away and not even bothering calling. Just done wasting money there. East coast wings is way better. I like your commercials though. Food sucks but great commercials. So that’s good.
I haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in over two years and I must say I had another amazing experience. Our server Kara was so amazing, patient, knowledgeable of the menu, and gave amazing suggestions. The only thing that was wrong was the garlic parmesan on my boneless wings that was a little too salty but outside of that everything else was amazing.

Food was not ready when it should've been, and they forgot an ordered item.

The food was cold and one of the wing orders was supposed to be traditional and it ended up being boneless. The food also was overcooked and very tough to chew

Beware! In order to get a daily special you have to ask for it and get a manager. Per our server, not everyone ask for outer daily specials so I don't know.

Stopped by for the first time to get takeout. Amazing service from Amber and Kamryn! They were so friendly and helpful with suggestions of things I might enjoy. Picked up a lunch special with 10 boneless wings, fries, and a drink. Will definitely be back!

The manager on July 6th late shift was extremely rude for no reason. She’s the older lady with braids. We came in my dad had requested a table for 9, they were low on servers which was no issue we had no problem waiting. She then calls for some other girls name since her table was ready but we look at her and don’t say anything since clearly it’s not our table that’s ready, then she looks at us and says “(girls name)” and we reply saying no sorry we’re under Antonio. She said “did I say Antonio? No. I said ___” rude already. My dad didn’t hear this and just saw her calling our a name so he went over and said what did you say sorry? And she points down hard at her seating chart and says “(girls name) first, you are second” rude again. Not even a minute later she turns and says “Antonio, lets go now” with such attitude. I just turned and said excuse you and nothing else was said. Horrible service for a place that was not even busy. Our waiter however was great and he was new! Way better attitude than his manager
