3 workers, moving slower than a 1-year old, as people are rushing to catch flights. No updating of inventory so unavailable items are purchased on the screens and then you can’t get them.

I would give it negative stars if it was possible!! I attempted to order some food on 1 of 3 kiosks at the counter which was uneventful until I went to pay with my credit card. I inserted my card and it said it was ‘approved’ on the card reader but the kiosk screen said I still had to pay. Unfortunately I swiped my card again and the card reader read “approved” but not in the screen. I was waiting for a human to come to the counter to ask for assistance and about 5 minutes later someone finally came to the counter. I informed her what had occurred and she stated there is nothing she can do & I could swipe my card again. Seriously, I replied that I would not swipe my card a third time. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything at Burger King. When I looked at my credit card app 10 minutes later. I was charged twice!! As I walked past Burger King on my way back to my gate, there was no “out of order” sign on that kiosk so I hope no one else experienced the same issues I did. If their food is any reflection of their customer service I am thankful I didn’t get food there. Panda Express is a much better choice in Concourse E!!

Entertainment value, i give it a 5. Went to bk because the line for panda express was all the way out to the walkway. No line at bk. Long story short, the line at panda express cleared out while I'm standing there waiting on a hamburger. Also, how can you be out of ice? I had plenty of time, unlike a few other folks that ordered and had to leave with no food. Looking at all the comments, it doesn't look like anyone cares. Raise minimum wage?...nah.

The working hours is wrong. Would be nice to have something open when your planes lands at 10 pm

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the lady at the counter who took our order. Unfortunately, she displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. When I inquired about the nugget meal counts, she responded with a dismissive attitude, rolling her eyes in the process. I politely asked her about her attitude, to which she denied having one and promptly requested another staff member to assist us. In addition, she made a comment about the length of time we spent in line without knowing what we wanted. To make matters worse, she made an inappropriate comment about my children. Overall, her behavior was highly inappropriate and left a negative impression on our visit.

If I could give zero I would! Waited forever for food. Then the burger was so greasy that when opening the package, grease poured out all over my shirt right before having to board my plane. Definitely won't be back!

Closes at midnight, tried to order a sandwich without mayo at 9:45 (after waiting half an hour in line) they then say that they aren't doing custom orders because they "close soon " I've worked in fast food before cleaning up and closing takes an hour at max. While in line all of the employees were loudly cursing at each other about one another, us the customers, and the time. They had LOTS of product piled up outside of the keep warm area which I'm pretty sure is again good safe standards. Risking people's health just to have an easier cleanup... No clue how this location got a 98 on the health inspection. Decided to not eat until I get home at 5am instead.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. The food was cold. The staff was hands down the worst I have ever seen. How hard is it to work fast food. Just when I thought you couldn't mess fast food up, the staff did with flying colors. Do better Burger King. Ambiance was the typical airport ambience.

Just purchased a whopper meal at Burger King located inside Douglas international airport. The bread was hard and the meat seemed like it was sitting there a while. The fries were fresh, but what really disappointed me was I paid $18.61 for an old whopper with cheese. The prices at Douglas Airport are ridiculous. Maybe we should go on strike in buying anything at Douglas Charlotte international Airport. It makes no sense to pay $18 for a 60 cent burger. Inflation can not be that high on old burgers. Anyway that's my opinion. If you've had same experience voice it. It's the only way change will come. Will never buy anything at and shops at Douglas international airport again

Cashier extremely rude. Big women, with nose ring, twists braids, and Blk rim glasses.She doesn’t even take anyones order. You order on the computer. I told her the computer has an error message that the printer is not working for receipt. She loudly said “OMG just go”. I said “I apologize for the inconvenience but I only want a receipt for work.”, she rolled her eyes and mouthed “whatever and a slur”.The next person in line was an older Hispanic man and she was even rudder to him because he said he had to pay with a card. Which means she would have to actually ring something up.No thank you, have a nice day. When the shift manager took the 3 seconds to print the receipt, the cashier side armed it to me and gave me another eye roll.I stop at this location every time I’m in E Gate. I’ve never had a bad experience. But who amazingly rude she was and openly doing it without any remorse or fear of reprisals shows Managment doesn’t care either for the customers.

I’ve never had a more disgusting experience eating at Burger King. The bun on my Whopper Jr was dry, the lettuce wilted, and the tomato was…hot. As if the whole thing was microwaved.
