Went to the Burger King on Albemarle Road, spoke with a older black woman at the cash register and told her that we would be willing to wait for hot meat, hot fries and they could even get that right. The sandwiches were cold,the fries were warm, and I to speak to the manager, she came up the front counter and asked me what was my ordered I said I had a number one and a number five. This is one of my last times going I have been disappointed a couple times but today was the last straw. First of all I was at drive thru and ordering screen wasn't working it was off line and making a clicking noise. so I drive around to window to let worker know of issue" as if they didn't know already" the young lady states you have to drive back around and place your order because I said could you hold on for a minute which was only a clicking noise!
