The whopper sandwich was cold, had pieces of really soft tomatoes on it that maybe equated to one slice. It had pieces of lettuce on it including the core. Whoever made it threw it together it was horrible. It looked nothing like the advertised picture!

Horrible service first I had to wait 10 minutes to order at the drive through, just to be told they basically had nothing I wanted available and forced me to buy a drink even though I didn’t want one and basically just dumped my onion rings in the bag. They slammed the drive thru window and someone was standing there just talking on their phone not doing anything! I guess that’s Charlotte for you and I won’t be returning

I came here a few days ago on my lunch break. I thought I was hallucinating when I thought I saw the guy at the window taking a picture of my debit card with his phone. I decided to watch my card and see if there would be any transactions made not of my own. Luckily I didn’t have any funds on it. Yesterday a transaction was made on my card and was declined. The next transaction that is made using my card will be reported to police!

Garbage! The double whopper I ordered was just above room temperature and soggy. Fries were also just above room temperatures also. Took a couple bites and threw the whole order away. Paid with cash and the employee didn’t even put the money in the register.
I visited this Burger King twice. Both times were during lunch. The service was friendly and the Whopper and fries were fresh.

Arrived on 9/14/24 at 19:30 with a mobile order to pick up at the drive through. Was told to wait at the thank you sign and we sat there and waited for about 15 minutes before I went inside to see what was going on. It was around 19:55 when I finally got someone’s attention and I was told that they accidentally gave the order to someone else. When the girl who told me told her coworker he said, “oh hell no I’m leaving.” I assumed it would be a few minutes before someone started my order. I repositioned myself to face the kitchen and I watched them finish the order of someone who was already there and then walk away and not start my order. I left at 20:05 empty handed because I could not wait any longer. The people working there last night in the 7 o’clock hour need to be fired.

Terrible Customer Service waited in drive thru over 20 mins still to not be served pulled up to window was told to wait stayed 10 mins no response pulled to the window Chrissy who was outside 10 mins of my wait advised me the she was understaffed while her and another gentleman sat in the front while cars waited 8/23/2024 9:40 pm
