ABSOLUTELY NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN. Terrrible !!! and I do mean terrible management.(PLEASE READ!!!)Came inside with my laptop as I’m a college kid who wanted to sit down and do some work, first thing I brought in my tea and lemonade I took a box from the food place I had been before. I sat down, I had whom apparently was one of the shift leaders a tall guy with a SUPER nasty attitude Come over and tell me that ” I cannot be here and that I’m taking up space if I don’t buy anything” Threatened to kick me out and told me to leave. As a young black girl, born and raised in the Queen city this was one of the absolute worst interactions I’ve had yet he was so rude to the point where I was almost scared of him, after he told me to leave, I sat there and ordered my Uber. Mind you this is about 9:30 PM at night. He comes back around while I sit and wait for my Uber and tell me once again that he’s not gonna tell me again to leave and that if I don’t get up, it’s gonna be a problem. The shift leader spoke to me. He literally wanted to punch me in my face.I told him that I’m a young woman and I don’t want to stand outside in the pitch black dark while I wait for my ride .HE THEN, and grabbed the food that I bought, and my drink, and threw it away from the to go place that I had been before. And started cursing at himself. This place is an absolute disaster .I’m not sure if this guy was racist . But he needs to be fired and please don’t waste your time in this establishment!!!Especially my ladies please be careful if you do, decide to come here!!

Burial beer company House of relics is really good. The best part of this location and their company is the excellent names that go with each beer. Lots of high gravity, but also drinkable beers as well. Super staff, definitely check this out!

The vibe is cool - they have the upstairs rooftop which is fun when it's nice out. Ton of variety of beer, quality is great. They don't brew on site. It is brewed in Asheville and brought in every Wednesday. They also have a good selection of non-alcoholics and also have liquor which is a nice addition.

Blown away by Burial and their selection of craft beers. From hoppy IPAs to rich stouts, there was something for every palate. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with friendly staff and a cozy outdoor patio. The beer was top-notch, with creative flavor combinations and perfect pours. I especially loved the mexican-style lager. Highly recommend this brewery to any beer enthusiast!

vast selection of great beer. Fun atmosphere, roof top, back yard patio. Clean bathrooms with cool black toilets.

Burial always has the small details down. This location is on the smaller side (indoors) and has a comfortable feeling and vibe. Small bottle shop attached with their awesome merch. If you have a merch problem don't go in there.

This is one of the coolest breweries in Charlotte and amazingly centrally located in plaza. It's walking distance from lots of other fun Plaza locations. There's a spacious indoor area with a one-up serving style, where you wait in line to get served vs spreading out at the bar. There's also an oudoor area downstairs and a rooftop where you can see uptown slightly, but it's now getting blocked by new construction. They have both beer and cocktails, so something for everyone. They also have some of the coolest swag items.

Place seemed decent, prices were okay ($22 for Chicken and Rice), I did have to wait over an hour for my food even though folks who ordered after me got their food before me. They said they would comp the meal due to the wait, but haven't received that. Probably wont return.

I want this review to change because burial is my favorite brewery in Asheville, but the Charlotte location has gone way down hill. Waited for over an hour for a burger, it never showed up. Service was sloppy and slow, the vibe is just off. Please Burial, get some new staff here, breaks my heart to see this place so poorly managed.Update, changed to 3 stars, they did end up refunding the tab after the massive wait time, still would like to see this location step it up!

This place was recommended by a family member and did not disappoint! Artisan cocktails and a wide selection of beers. I tried a cocktail called “the Reaper’s Embrace” a bourbon, brown sugar & cinnamon concoction that was like a taste of fall- yummy! We also indulged In a barbecue burger with bacon, blueberries and blue cheese- delicious! A chicken wrap, an apple jalapeño grilled cheese sandwich and some okra tempura- it was all perfectly and inventively prepared comfort food that makes you want to keep coming back.
