Burtons used to be my favorite restaurant in Charlotte but it’s unfortunately gone downhill. My boyfriend and I went in to celebrate his promotion and he ordered a steak medium. It came out well done so we sent it back. Waited 15 minutes for the replacement for it to be extremely RARE. Will not be coming back, very disappointed in our experience especially since we were celebrating.

Totally love the fact that I am safe there. Its was super awesome to have a full menu of options that go beyond salad. The salads are really small for the price so def would recommend something a little heartier.

Bummed that the only way to get on the rewards train is via an APP. I am super app'ed out and very tired of not being able to get promos because of it. Once, I thought I d be a regular. Now, not so much. Seems silly to some but really deters my...

Yummy lunch & pretty wide selection of wines. Beautiful presentation , really enjoyed side of Parmesan- truffle fries. Service was sufficient.
