As Brett's mother, I take immense pride in his endeavors. He has developed a passion for barbecue, and I have had the pleasure of sampling his expertly prepared chopped pork, ribs, and brisket. His pork, chicken, and brisket are smoked to perfection and presented in a variety of innovative ways. The tenderness and juiciness of his meats, as well as the deliciousness of his sides, are truly exceptional.
Brett was amazing so was his food.
His communication was excellent.
We had 70 people at our event.

We had Butler’s Carolina BBQ cater our annual Derby Party this year, what a great choice. We ordered the pork and chicken with pit bbq beans and Cole slaw. Absolutely fantastic ! Everyone raved over the food. Butlers is new on the BBQ scene but will become the one of the best in the years to come. Give them a try you won’t regret it.
