I’ve been SEARCHING for a place like Gail’s! I’m gluten free and have a nut allergy so it’s impossible for me to find good, fresh bread that’s gluten free and not made from almond flour. Gail’s bread is so fresh and tasty! Their rolls are so tasty and you have to try their oatmeal cream pies and rosemary bread! Bob and Gail are also the nicest people and so helpful!!! My boyfriend and I go to the farmers market almost every weekend to get some goodies!
Wowweee. I stopped in at the CLT Farmers Market to buy a few of these sweet treats. I bought seven cookies but needed d six. After a day of telling myself I didn't need it I ate the seventh. If placed in a lineup I couldn't guess that these were gluten free. Just the right balance of soft and crispy, sweet and salty. Give the chocolate chip cookies a try!!!!

So happy I found Gail!! I’m able to enjoy delicious GF pastries and amazing bread and rolls. I highly recommend Gail’s Graden & Bakery, LLC. We come every Saturday to get our Rosemary bread and like to try new items on the menu ?
