I was extremely disappointed with the seating staff at this restaurant. We specifically asked to be seated at level where the band was playing as we had gone to hear them. However hey told us it was full. Till we left we kept seeing the same staff send other parties to the level where the band played.
I've been to Cajun Queen several times and this is the first time I've been extremely disappointed in the service and food. I had a reservation for 7pm and they seated us at the high top table by the bar. We waited for approximately 30 minutes before the bartender came to the table. The bartender (no fault of her own) was waiting tables and also taking orders on that side of the restaurant. I ordered the Etoufee with chicken, shrimp and crawfish, which was very tasty,...
First time here and was pleasantly Suprised. Food was fantastic and drinks were great. Overall excellent experience. Our server Max was incredible, helpful, friendly , warm and gracious. We were very lucky. The only suggestion I have is, if there is a way to get a more blackened crust on the mahi mahi
