I’ve heard so much about Capriotti’s that I tried the one in Steele Creek! I’m glad I did! The tuna was amazing! I got the pickled peppers with oil and vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes onion, and pickles. The bread tasted FRESHLY baked and was SOFT! I ordered the small and was STUFFED! I asked for extra mayo, but it wasn’t in the bag. Ordered thru Door Dash.

Upon entering the shop, I noticed it wasn't a huge place, but just enough. It was a typical sub shop setup, featuring several tables and chairs, should you prefer to dine in instead of takeout.

I was greeted warmly and professionally by Brandy. I explained it was my first time trying Capriotti's, so she took the time to welcome me, explain the different subs and sizes, and recommended certain food items based on what I like to eat.

I'm certainly a cheesesteak aficionado, as we have some phenomenal sub shops up North. So, I ordered the American Wagyu Cheesesteak Sub, consisting of sweet peppers, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar dressing. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. When I tell you that the sub was seasoned to perfection and was delicious, it is not an exaggeration. I was very pleased with the service and my food. I will be returning to try out some of their other food choices as well. If you haven't tried Capriotti's, do so.

I can only speak to the chicken noodle soup because that’s what I went in for it was not good at all. It was really salty, and the noodles were mushy. When I went in, I guess an hour prior to closing the female was basically throwing the metal chairs into stacks, which was very loud as I walked into the restaurant. If I had not been going in for takeout, I definitely would have left. I had no problem with behind the counter service I was in and out quickly.

So, this place just isn’t good. It is an overpriced Firehouse subs with even lower quality bread. We got a large Italian, which is $22.79 before tax….to put that into perspective, roughly the same size (better quality) italian is about $15-$16 or less in NJ/NY. The sandwich was stuffed with meat, but it isn’t fully cut through, which forces most of the toppings to fall out of the sandwich while eating. For $22, you have to blow my socks off, and an italian is a good way to judge a spot in my book. Such a simple sub, but when done correctly, a symphony of flavor. This just tasted like low quality ham, on sub-par chewy bread, that was also extremely irritating to eat. Will def never try again.

Disgusting attitudes through the whole management down to the employees and it's shows by the food quality. Employees napping on the tables feet kicked up while there's lines of customers. Terrible experience

Upon entering there was a lady at the front register taking orders. As the lady was taking money and given back change, as well as rubbing her hands through her hair, shaking hair off her shirt, licking her fingers, touching everything in site she proceeded to turn around at the sandwich station and without washing her hands or putting on gloves started packing up sandwiches that was ordered online without any conscious that customers were in her presents watching her touch someone's food. You could definitely tell that she has fixed food before without sanitizing. This was a very nasty first impression and it made me wonder if she is that comfortable being nasty in front of customers what is she doing when no one is around. Absolutely will not be returning!

The bread was the freshest bread that I ever had at any sandwich shop.

They are so slow. Don’t even bother coming here unless you put in your order a half hour in advance. Maybe, just maybe, it’ll be ready when you arrive.

The location at 2040 Freeman Park Dr. in Charlotte, NC does not serve full sized portions. For a $12 sandwich I expect a good amount of sandwich filling. It was all bread

Just left here and I had a sandwich minus the bread made into a salad. It was the absolute Best! Service was top tier! Food Made with Love ❤️
