Recently I was visiting from out of town with a couple buddies of mine. We were all very excited to try a potentially cheaper Chipotle substitute, but our excitement was unfortunately very short lived, as your employee working the line spoiled our entire experience. Before even being greeted, we were snapped at by a young dark haired female. This unpleasant demeanor and overall negative tone continued until we paid and found a table. I believe her name was Clara, although I could be mistaken. I can not help but say I am disappointed with what I thought to be a highly respected chain.

I've been to this location a couple times now, majority of my experiences have resulted in similar outcomes. In particular, this young lady by the name of Clara was incredibly rude when serving me, arguing with me about the tiniest of portions. I thought the Cava atmosphere was supposed to be inclusive and welcoming but I found that it was far from that. The food was ok despite the service.
The protein is cooked so bad that it's burnt and hard as a rock, EVERYTIME! I hope to get a refund
