Ordered takeout using CAVA app for pickup. Pita was not given with the greens and grains bowl even though I had opted for it. Additional feta cheese added in kids meal which I had not opted for. Harrissa which I had asked for was not given. Had ordered a side of roasted eggplant of $3+ which was not given. Not satisfied with the missing items from the order.

I placed an online order at 9:37 PM for a scheduled 9:45 PM pickup. When I arrived, the staff was unaware of my order because the receipt printer had run out of paper. Once the order was manually printed, the team appeared frustrated as they had already begun closing procedures and moving ingredients for cleaning.
Instead of prioritizing my order, the staff remained focused on cleaning. My food sat unfinished by the register for an extended period while employees rotated tasks, and I eventually had to ask for the incomplete order just so I could leave. By the time I left, it was after 10:00 PM. My order was missing several ingredients, and there was a noticeable lack of urgency or customer service throughout the process.
I have always enjoyed Cava, but this experience was a significant let down from the quality I normally receive. I hope management will look into their closing procedures and ensure online orders are not being overlooked so that this does not happen to other customers.
