Came in on Saturday and the line was long honestly . I got my food and received amazing service from Nijay and the younger man Dallas .i had no issues with the line it’s when I went to eat my food . I sat by the window booth in the corner I seen the manager his name being Jaylen wipping the lobby lights in the middle of there rush! And as I walked away to get something to drink he stood on the table in front of my food and started to clean the lights spraying blue liquid spray...
Blanca IS THE BEST ! Ever since she has came to cava Southend this store really has been phenomenal! I live and work here in Southend and this location is the most convenient location and I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. She really has out did herself because before this location was so unprofessional and unpredictable.
Blanca and team was amazing. This being my second time at cava, I am obsessed. The new chicken and steak was delicious. Clean environment, great service, And the food prepared to perfection.
