SUPERIOR help and service with Charisma. So sweet. My phone would t work so she went through the whole menu with me, prepared my food then didn’t charge me.

She said she’s a manager. She needs to be promoted. Customer service on a different level. She’s a KEEPER!!!

Killed a roach on floor by our table. This location is CAVA Digital and offers no counter service. We ordered on the app and everything was made well. Meck Dept of Health needs to investigate roach problem.

We didn't order. The location is mobile app only. The app is super confusing (I'm 30+ years in IT). Once I finally got the food added for my daughter and me, it came to nearly $50. For 2 plates and drinks.
