Rudest interaction i’ve had as a customer and as a mall employee. Waited an extended amount of time for my order and ignored only for someone to immediately get an attitude with me when i asked for my order i could see behind the counter (a mobile order). I hope they treat their actual non mall employee customers better than they treated me. Horrible experience and i will never eat at this location again.

Worst chicken cheesesteak i ever had , and the service was very poor. If you guys don’t like job quit it . The guy who took my order has zero knowledge i ordered regular combo he asked me to pay for large combo what the heck you can see that in my bill i ordered regular combo but he billed for large fries and large drink unbelievable

I get it’s stressful , but to the older black women if you hate your job quit. There’s no reason why you should ignore your customers completely it’s literally your job. All the workers ignored me for ten minutes but her attitude was especially nasty. My order was READY WHEN I GOT THERE! If anyone would’ve taken the time to acknowledge me I would’ve been in and out.

Ok cheesesteaks. Not the best service but prices are fair just wish sandwiches were better for the price

Horrible! Don’t wasted your time & money

I have to agree with prior reviewers, this place simply isn’t worth the money. The atmosphere (the mall) isn’t even good. I literally ordered a large fry and they gave me probably about 15 individual fries in total. It was a pittance! And I even brought it up the manager, and she had just basically told me to go kick rocks. The entire team, as in the employees, just smirked as if they knew there was nothing I could do. I won’t be coming back and advise you stay away.

Rude, Unorganized, 20 dollar combos come with 23 fries; yes I counted them. Not worth the price for the Quality, Quantity or Satisfaction of Customer service you will expect being that it's in the mall.

I ordered online for pickup as I seen they have the hot lemon pepper wings. Online they have options for classic wings but was surprised when I received boneless. When I went to the counter the cashier had an attitude and said “that’s all we have”. It would’ve been fine if I didn’t pay the $5 markup for the classic wings. Did not offer to accommodate or rectify anything although that’s fraudulent practices. Do not order ahead online. And idk how they tasted as I hate boneless chicken and just threw them away.

If i could give zero stars i would the food was very nasty it tasted old and disgusting when I asked for a refund they had a issue with it

A total waste of my money! $5 for “large” fries and $16 for a “large” cheesesteak…both were SMALL and COLD!!! Like how dare they take $23 and give me items that should’ve been no more than $15??? Never again…horrible experience!! I will save my money!!

Every-time I make an order online, I come to the counter and I get the 3rd degree about my order and she is rude. Also, they don’t like to give you any fries with the order, I asked was this a mistake- no that’s. I WILL NEVER RETURN JUST TOO MESSY!!!

This location is very poorly ran food quality sucks, they are always out of something usually the seasoning for the fries on top of that when you order a small they give you five fires order a large you get 11, the staff is unprofessional seems like they always have an attitude after today I will never go to this location again!!! Please take that girl off the grill she Can’t cook bacon ? never done.
