Charleys Cheesesteaks

A total waste of my money! $5 for “large” fries and $16 for a “large” cheesesteak…both were SMALL and COLD!!! Like how dare they take $23 and give me items that should’ve been no more than $15??? Never again…horrible experience!! I will save my money!!

Every-time I make an order online, I come to the counter and I get the 3rd degree about my order and she is rude. Also, they don’t like to give you any fries with the order, I asked was this a mistake- no that’s. I WILL NEVER RETURN JUST TOO MESSY!!!

This location is very poorly ran food quality sucks, they are always out of something usually the seasoning for the fries on top of that when you order a small they give you five fires order a large you get 11, the staff is unprofessional seems like they always have an attitude after today I will never go to this location again!!! Please take that girl off the grill she Can’t cook bacon ? never done.

Ms Roberta was very nice! She displayed superb customer service skills and was knowledgeable of everything on the menu. The food cam out quick and was hot and delicious! I would definitely recommend the chicken Philly and I will be eating here every time I come to the mall.

Worst experience of Charley’s I’ve ever been to, I came in only ordered fries, the lady working the counter on 7/20/24 at 5:30 who was bagging orders has an absolute horrible attitude. She tried to hand me my fries with no covering once I told her it was to go and that I would need covered and a box she told me no, she also said the boxes are only for sandwiches which I don’t see a difference if you are providing food to a customer for safe keeping
She ended trying to wrap my fries in aluminum foil and I proceeded to tell her I was not walking that mall with foil covered food.
Horrible, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible service at this location, food quality matched the service at this location. Spent almost $45 for me and my to get ripped off by these idiot employees they have working at this establishment. I've been a customer of Charleys Cheesesteaks over 20 years and never had this poor of service until today.

Nothing to do with the workers because according to them this is the portion sizes but we haven’t even eaten the fries yet in these pictures one is mine for a small sandwich combo and the other is a kids tender meal I spent just under 20 dollars either they are lying and didn’t want to cook more or this franchise is surviving by ripping customers off and telling their employees this is the portions to serve customers to save themselves money

Northlake mall I stood in line for 10 mins
Then one of the workers told the other worker, "Don't worry about them out there. Focus on the online orders. We will get them later" the lady didn't acknowledge me standing there at all. When I brought it to her attention, she was rude. As soon as I walked away, she started taking orders and talking about me to the customers lol. Very poor customer service!

I was going to put in a huge order for work and treat my coworkers to some cheese steaks. After reading the reviews I think I'll spend my money elsewhere. Nasty attitudes is bad for business.

Placed an order twice, both times were disappointing. First they gave me small fries even though i ordered large, i didn’t mind cause i was already on the way. Second time the cashier lady gave me an attitude. I was there a minute early, she said it is not ready yet that was fine. Waited 8 more minutes, my order was right there on the counter. She knew i was waiting, but didn’t care, paid attention to other customers although they came after me. Finally she was able to give me my order after letting it sit on the counter for minutes. Hope you have the day you deserve thanks!!! ?

Your order will take about 30 minutes longer than promised. You will need to wait another 10 minutes to have them correct the order. The attitudes are not pleasant, a “do not care attitude “ . It is Northlake, so I shouldn’t expect anything different .

They just be jacking up orders

Very disappointed. I ordered extra cheese and paid extra....got maybe a half of a piece. Ordered extra onions and mushrooms....got light onions and no mushrooms. They put so much Mayonnaise on the sandwich, I had to scrape it off . We never order from here again. A waste of $28.00.
