Rachel is the best. I came to place an order and she was so nice and thoughtful. She took my order and made sure everything was right. The wait wasn’t long and when it was done she checked to make sure my order was right. I really appreciated her and her positive attitude. I was already having a bad day and her small gesture of kindness make it better. It’s people like her that make the world better. They’re so lucky to have her!

Rachel greeted me with a warm welcome and a great interaction. 99% of the time we get wings extra crispy, strawberry or apple hot. Being from Chicago, these are the best wings I’ve encounter in Charlotte so far.
