They charged me twice for the same order, and gave me the wrong side item. It was supposed to be Mac and cheese which I paid for but got fries, and they swiped my card twice. It’s the first unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a chik fil a

I ordered the number one. This sandwich was cold. The french fries was cold. I order a large macaroni and cheese. It look old and it was cold to the food was horrible. I am so disappointed.

Food was okay. Horrible service. I walked up to the line that my kiosk was designated for and one of the guys is actively holding my food bag and he starts making fun of my name. I come up and grab my bag but he looks at me in the eye and is still laughing and smiling. I’ve worked at restaurants before where I’ve had to enter in people’s name and I would NEVER think to ever make fun of someone’s name LET ALONE to their face. The workers there clearly have no respect.

I ordered Aug 21st, 2024 they forgot my nuggets and i didn’t notice til i got home, i was already home and didn’t want to come back. Today Aug 22nd, 2024 I went back to order again and get my nuggets that wasn’t in the bag yesterday, the lady in the front of the desk rudely told me I cannot get my nuggets that i payed for the day before, THAT I PAYED FOR. I could’ve been rude back and made a scene but I didn’t, decided to walk away. All i wanted was my nuggets that I payed for, but they couldn’t get that done.

This was honestly the first time ever I wasn’t blown away by chick fil a. We stopped by around 11 AM ish and there was a young lady with natural hair and glasses working the drive thru. First and foremost she didn’t see happy to be working and she seemed annoyed to take our order. I just cannot believe this interaction took place at chicken fil a. I hold this folks to such high standards and they’ve always exceeded customer satisfaction expectations. I hope this young lady will be talked to. The worst Chick-fil-A you can go to

I ran by as soon it opened 10.30 am. Plenty of staff, only 3 clients. I ordered 1 grilled chicken sandwich. It took me forever to get it. But the most sad part is - the sandwich was absolutely cold. I had to microwave it and my office is 1 minute away from the place.The guy at the front was very polite though.

Great staff, loved the food as always.

The food is fine in general but they need add more staff members. It gets over crowded very often.

It's another Chick-fil-A. Warning though, it is impossibly busy during lunch hour. It seems like a quarter of the students on campus are here and the 1.5 hour wait is not worth it.

It's good when your order is right. However, they mess up my order fairly often, and are often short/rude to me when I ask for it to be fixed. I shouldn't be made to feel like a jerk when I just want what I paid for.
