Asked for hot fries, but fries were medium hot, I just think people need to listen to what the customer asks for and not what they want to give the customer. Everything else was great.

Food was great, atmosphere was clean. However, there are two lanes for the drive-through. I was unfortunately stuck in the outside one behind an employee that was socializing with a car in front of me. I waited as six or so cars passed on the inside lane while she carried on her conversation With her friend who was ordering food in front of me.
I don’t like to complain, but on this day in particular, I was in a rush and hoping to get fast food at a fast food restaurant. However, today, I got stuck behind what looked to be a very exciting conversation for about 8 to 10 minutes

I've been waiting for 30 minutes and still have not received my food. Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. The drive thru/mobile order is an unmitigated disaster. 0/10 would not recommend.

Went through the drive thru the other night to grab some sandwiches and service was great. No wait in the drive thru and not crowded for a Saturday evening so I was happy about that. Food was good - hot and ready. Reread my order to me and did not forget anything I asked for - very pleased. They popped the tabs on the drink to make it easy for me to say what is what. Only bad thing I don’t like is this location does not have a good parking lot or drive thru location. Restaurant location and drive thru service on point though.
