I got to this cfa all the time and the food is always so good and the service is always amazing! Today I pulled up for my mobile order and my car started smoking from under the hood. Luckily two guys working at CFA were there to help me and check around under the hood. I know that’s not food related but I really appreciated them taking the time to investigate and help me out, that was really, really kind!! I called back to get their names so I hope I have the correct ones, thank you so much Connor and Marcos!!! I greatly appreciate y’all!

Love CFA but disappointed in service tonight. Mobile order at about 800 pm and it was somewhat busy but not crazy. 11 minutes to get a sandwich meal in the drive thru. They are better than that. Not the first slow service experience here lately. Hopeful for improvement.

I have consistently received delivery orders that are missing one or more items. They’re placed through the CFA app and delivered by the store’s employees, too. Every time I call the store, but their main number rings, plays a message that says the voicemail isn’t set up, and then disconnects. SUPER frustrating when little kids are expecting their food, and half the order just isn’t there. It’s unfortunate because the food is great. There just seems to be no quality check before orders are delivered, and they need to fix their phone to at least have voicemail or something. We’re CFA regulars, and after years, I won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ve been coming to this chick-fil-a for over 4 years now. I’ve slowly experienced the service decline into complete and utter BS. Each time I come here, the service gets a little worse, and my orders are messed up more and more frequently.

As a Chick-fil-a Red member, do better.

This location has gone downhill fast. Between the burned Mac and cheese, end of the bag fries, and sandwiches thrown together haphazardly to the not so friendly service, I’ll be driving to Blakeney if I decide to even eat at chick fil a again. Why would you serve this to someone? This meal was $18 and this is what I was given.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the service, or the employees. I’ve never had a bad experience. This location is great and the environment is welcoming.

My only gripe is the fries. Ever since Chick-Fil-A corporate stopped allowing the “well done” option for fries, I feel like the cook quality has gone down hill some. The fries are great when you dine in, but if you get them to go, they feel half cooked and are cold by the time you get a few minutes down the road. I understand the reasoning why they stopped allowing the option for well done fries, but maybe even cooking for an extra 45 seconds would make a difference.

I am a DoorDash driver, and while some may not give much thought to our work, I get to experience a variety of restaurants, their service, and their employees firsthand. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls behind on DoorDash orders, no matter when I arrive. Employees do not prioritize these orders and often neglect front-of-house customers. It's important to remember that DoorDash customers typically pay higher menu prices and contribute to the employment of restaurant staff. I hope this location can improve its efficiency and prioritize all orders better, not just drive-thru.
