It was an absolute delight to visit the Chicken Box Cafe and I will return when I fly CLT! Wide variety of menu items and plate options for any size appetite. This was some of the better fried chicken I have eaten anyplace, anytime. I look forward to trying the pork chops next time around. Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese, Fried Okra with cornbread for the sides. Numerous side options available that looked great. Being a basketball lover, it was cool to learn a little about Buckey...

The atmosphere was really nice. People serving was nice but that macaroni and cheese was horrible. It should not be called mac & cheese. It should just be called Mac. The chicken was OK. Could use some more seasoning.
