Ordered chilli cheese dogs and they had no cheese. Drive thru, not so friendly. The manager Charles was and re made the dogs, but not before checking the dogs to make sure we were telling the truth. Plus the manager said he would have them ready, but we got pulled up and is waiting on the food at this moment. Smh
Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged upon entering. I ordered a small Caramel Apple Cheesecake blizzard and a small Strawberry Mango Mochi blizzard. Both were very delicious! I’m only making this review due to the poor customer service and experience. Server made my blizzards fairly fast. I reallyyyy wanted Ice cream I had just came from work but the workers weren’t so delightful they were very unprofessional and when I asked a question I was pushed off and gave a rushed answer so my blizzard wasn’t correct and after asking for a replacement I was told “they don’t do those” not even offered a better solution. Please stop coming to your job with bad spirits and attitudes people. I was very disappointed a girl just wanted ice cream !
