Waited so long for a fast food. Just to figure out they give our order to the wrong person
This McDonald’s has the WORST customer service in Charlotte. The workers are rude, the food is never warm, the bathroom is always bolted shut so you can’t use it and the service is extremely slow.
Marlo the superviser or Gm is rude to the client and coworker , she gave attitude to one of her colleagues I felt uncomfortable… pls
