Stopped to use my $2.00 large fry deal on the McDonald’s app. Now everyone knows when your code is accepted you instantly get a check mark in a green circle after the cashier enters your code. The black girl lied to me and said my code was already used. I just got off of work and my place of work doesn’t have a McDonald’s restaurant inside it. I believe there’s a misappropriation of funds going on at this McDonald’s location and along with poor management and customer service skills. I will most definitely file a complaint with McDonald’s Corporation about this Sugar Creek location

This one was absolutely horrid. Stopped on our way home from a soccer game. The woman cashier was just down right rude. Informed me they didn't have what I wanted and proceeded to charge me for it and wanted me to pays $8 more for the meals and drinks they decided we should have. Basically told me to take it or leave it. We had waited 20 minutes for it with zero communication or asked if we wanted 2 completely different meals and drinks. Absolutely do not recommend this one

This McDonalds has a loud speaker on top of the restaurant, from which they blast disturbing noise so people won't loiter. Sounds like a mixture of geese honking and dying souls. I can't imagine what an autistic person would have to go through to order food here! Staying in the motel next door you can hear it INSIDE the room, in the back! This is psychological warfare, and should not be tolerated. There should be an ordinance that could be enforced, forcing them to quit. How they get ANY business is beyond me. If people are loitering outside, hire security, but don't torture the entire neighborhood! Will never go there period.
