“Wow! Not the steak I’d expect from chilis, I just ate the best ribeye I e had in a while. Steakhouse quality. Perfect medium cook. Seasoned perfect. Our server Martin was super attentive , kept drinks full and so polite . Pleasantly surprised excellent job to this location“

“Came in after the Dino exhibit with our young toddler. The manager and staff were very polite. Our drinks and food were fantastic. My steak was overcooked, but they made me a new one and it tasted fantastic. Will be returning to this location for sure.“

“Wow! Delicious! My friend and I had the lunch specials. She had the chicken sandwich (potato soup starter) and I had the smash burger(salad with blue cheese starter). Everything was fresh and at a perfect temperature. The buttery grilled bun with crispy edges was a perfect complement to the juicy, but well done burger. The fries were hot, salty, and perfect. Don’t sleep on this Chili’s location. Whoever is doing the lunch shift is masterful.“
“Great food our waitress was very friendly she was taking care of tables and the bar at the same time so wait time is not ideal but it is not the staff's fault. I had the BBQ Brisket burger and I liked it burger cooked the way I liked it with pulled Brisket bbq sauce and pickles all flavors combined very well.“

“After visiting several Chilis in the area I may have found the last competent franchise in Charlotte. It felt good to finally be greeted and sat in a reasonable time. The waitress was kind and did overall a great job. So you don’t waste money on it please DO NOT get the espresso martini. It was an unpleasant mixture of crude oil and cat pee. Save ya dollars and get the skinny marg. As far as the food went it definitely beat my expectations. Steak was good and everything tasted fresh! I did ask for corn tortillas and got flour which since I’m gluten free did upset me but I didn’t need the extra calories anyways.“
“Ok got the triple dipper. Server was awsome to get me a street corn on it. The corn wasn't crunchy. It was just ok.
