“For the most part really good consistent food, I always order triple dippers to go. Outside of them giving me the wrong dipping sauces at times, my order has always been correct, sometimes there's a younger male doing the to go orders and he's hardly ever around, usually another employee has to go get him to let him know there's someone in line, he's on his phone a lot and sometimes my order is ready but he never look, just staying on his phone, but the other service people I had experience with are really good“

“Chili's has stepped up their game when it comes to food choices. Lots of options & the salad I got was really good. Our waiter, I think his name was Cory, but honestly can't recall at the moment, was FANTASTIC! Even though the restaurant was a bit busy he took great care of our table. Other staff members were also very friendly & courteous. Would definitely return to this location.“
“Great food our waitress was very friendly she was taking care of tables and the bar at the same time so wait time is not ideal but it is not the staff's fault. I had the BBQ Brisket burger and I liked it burger cooked the way I liked it with pulled Brisket bbq sauce and pickles all flavors combined very well.“

“Our server Jordan, was excellent very very efficient and friendly. Food was delicious this is going to be my new chillis, because I've into multiple locations ans this is by far the best!!!!

“I love Chili's. The food was delicious, as unsual. The only issue was we waited about 40 minutes for simple dishes like burgers and fries. In their defense, the restaurant was jammed packed because it was a Saturday night. This location needs more staff for Saturday evening if they want to be able to handle the crowd.“
“Even though im Charlotte native I have never been to this location. My go to chili's closed so I have been looking for a replacement. The fajitas were awesome. We only had one minor incident but the manager was quick to provide a resolution and explanation. I will definitely go back again“
