Our server was new and very sweet! She was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. Our issue was with the bar service. We ordered 2 draft beers and 1 dirty martini. 20 min for the 1st beer, 10 more for the next and almost anothr 10 for the martini. 3 from our table have worked in food service, Which is why we had Use patience and understanding with our new server! The bar tender was not busy, there was a game on that she was watching. She also had 3 other employees at the bar, laughing, talking and eating garnishes from the bar.Dietary restrictions: 2 at our table are low carb and they were very accomodating.
The fact that this chilis is not rated 5 stars is an absolute abomination and a disgrace to the service industry. I’m writing this after one taste of Margarita. I could’ve been in heavy traffic but instead I’m in paradise, eating the best dip trio of my life. Having the time of my life five minutes in. Don’t believe me? Ask my boyfriend, who also got a margarita and is having a great time at chilis. Coincidence? I think not. Huge shoutout to Diamond she’s actually the best and made our experience!
As we pulled out our bar stools the bugs scattered like someone turned on the lights ? As I was recording the staff never inquired as to what the issue was which suggested they were aware of the issue and were comfortable with it as well. Needless to say were ran out of there.You’ve been warned!

It was Chili's. One of my companions ordered coke, but got diet coke. Everything else was fine. It wasn't bad or anything, it just seemed to take longer on the service. It was a while to be seated, etc. My steak was cooked medium, exactly as requested.
Was told it would be a 20 minute wait for two. They then sat a couple that came in after us 10 minutes later. Ended up leaving after waiting over 30 minutes. Horrible service.

very bad service, very dirty place, pretty bad food, my food came with guacamole and they didn't bring it to me, the burgers were horrible, the fries were old, the restaurant was almost empty and they made us wait 35 minutes, everything very very bad .
