I love Chili's. The food was delicious, as unsual. The only issue was we waited about 40 minutes for simple dishes like burgers and fries. In their defense, the restaurant was jammed packed because it was a Saturday night. This location needs more staff for Saturday evening if they want to be able to handle the crowd.

The food was really good, and the prices are excellent as well. The service was pretty poor. Took a long time before we got to order. Server never really checked in on us. Payed the bill on the tablet on the table and left.

Had a work trip and went to chilis for lunch to watch the Patriots game. The Manager Destiny was attentive and made the experience well worth it. She spoke to every guest that entered and even when the restaurant filled she was personable and professional. Definitely made my layover a more positive experience. Her staff was also very welcoming and kept the guests happy.
