After visiting several Chilis in the area I may have found the last competent franchise in Charlotte. It felt good to finally be greeted and sat in a reasonable time. The waitress was kind and did overall a great job. So you don’t waste money on it please DO NOT get the espresso martini. It was an unpleasant mixture of crude oil and cat pee. Save ya dollars and get the skinny marg. As far as the food went it definitely beat my expectations. Steak was good and everything tasted...

The food was good as always, the service was ok (maybe busy for lunch or maybe she was new), and the atmosphere well it was ok except for the lady that kept on staring at us while we ate. Cheers! Hope you enjoyed the view.

The server was dealing with too many tables. She did the best she could. The food was ok. The lighting in the area we sat in was terrible. I like to see what's in my food, and it was really dark in that corner.
