Chili's Grill & Bar

I'd like to provide feedback on my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the absence of my usual server, Alyson. During my visit, I found the service to be lacking due to the inattentiveness of the manager, Kasey.

In the future, I will not be dining at this establishment. Servers on their phones and a manager who doesn’t speak as if she has any kind of home training much less management training is a negative look on your business.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not sure exactly where our server Alison went yesterday but if she quit then I completely DO NOT BLAME HER after seeing how busy she and the bartender was while Management sat around it appeared to have 3 managers working. Our plates were greasy from the kid that delivered our food with dirty gloves on( EXPLAINS THE HEALTH RATING of 93%) EWWW !!!, Not sure if he is the cook or what the deal is but not very professional and brought us the wrong food orders. I hope the tip we left on the table went to the nice lady taking care of us before she disappeared, because she honestly just randomly vanished, hopefully she didn't quit or we definitely wont be back AGAIN! However, we assume she quit since the whole time we were eating our wrong food orders all we could hear was the management talking very rudely about our server (DONT EVER SIT NEXT TO DOUBLE DOORS THAT GO TO KITCHEN. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all and hopefully you all get terminated for the poor management skills and example you are setting for other staff) this chilis location seems to loose all the good employees and continues to hire young kids that sit on there cell phones and ignore customers or hires uneducated people that know nothing about a good dining experience. DO BETTER CHILIS please or just shut down, this should be a nice place to eat. If we wanted to go to a zoo we would drive to Columbia.

I didn’t get my food, Because they canceled it or something last minute and I will not come back here again. KC the manager is rude. What happened to this chilis? Hopefully this location goes out of business soon. To many kids and young careless people working here.

I’m sharing my review because I’m a little disappointed ! I recently visited, and I was told by management that my favorite server Allison no longer works here! I understand people leave jobs all the time that is not why I’m leaving the review. I’m leaving the review because when I spoke to the management about it, a lady named Casey, was very rude and very unprofessional about the whole situation and shouldn’t even have even informed me that she quit! If new management is NOT obtained at this location I will definitely NOT be back Allison and a couple other servers are the only reason I ever visited to begin with!

The staff really tries but when there are only a handful of adults working in a busy restaurant, it's impossible to serve customers appropriately.
No proper staff? Close the restaurant. Trying to operate without staff who cares, on a Sunday, is absurd and it was really sad to watch the attempt. Im sorry for the work ethic of the younger generation. The manager here has it rough and I commend his efforts. But those kids working under him.... wow. Do better, kids.

So I was at Chillis on 11/19/2024 I ordered the mushroom hamburger medium which was very good as well as the service… The manager came out greeted us and wanted to know if everything was ok, we all know that doesn’t happen often… I can’t remember the server’s name or the manager’s my apologies because you both deserve to be known

I ordered chicken strip and I was able to taste the dirty grease they fried the chicken n... everything tasted burnt, even the fries.

10/10/10 across the board! I drove from Fort Mill after quickly researching which Chili’s is THE BEST near my area. This location had the most recent positive reviews so I said a prayer and took the chance. lol. I’m pretty particular so I promise, you can trust me when I tell you; my experience was exceptional! Sky was on point and shout out to the cook (April.) THANK YOU, my food came out super fresh/super HOT just like I like it! PLEASE keep up the great work. Exceptional service and quality food is extremely hard to find these days.

This restaurant has really stepped up their game. We've eaten in some but the easy online ordering & pickup works for us.
