Classic Chilli's. Food was good not great. Ribs were a little cold, chicken dippers a little soggy. Service was good. Only came cause someone gave us a gift card.

Took the family to go eat this evening, we’re pretty much regulars here. pretty simple order, two apps two entrees. told the waiter that we’re starving please bring out whatever is ready. He brought out the chips and triple dipper right away. The kids were still waiting on there order but was munching on the chips, 20 minutes later the fajitas come out, no beans, no tortillas, no lemons (I asked him to bring lemons out while placing order) didn’t have napkins or straws had to find them in the restaurant myself, at this point the kids were still waiting for there order (picky eaters) after another 20 minutes I asked the waiter who was not even our server, hey? What’s going on with the kids order, then he runs in the kitchen and brings out a ice cold order of the chicken and ribs combo. It obviously sat a while. I had to constantly remind them beans, tortillas, lemons, kids food, and then at the end we still waited for dessert! Never got a refill, all the dirty finished plates stacked all over the table, all the food was either cold or just half fasted. The only good thing was the chips and triple dipper! I usually don’t complain but spending over $100 at chillis I thought the food and service would be at least decent. Save your money and go down the street to a different place.

Camry was excellent, she is a newly promoted manager! We had complaints with our food, but Camry stepped right in and resolved what could’ve been a disastrous and tasteless evening! We appreciate you Camry and ur outstanding customer service! Sincerely Bishop and Lady Williams 💕

Frequent visitor just had an off night got steak medium well and it was bloody had to send back and asked to have fresh food with the steak when got steak back French fries and broccoli was cold. I asked for fresh food so was just a little disappointed that they dust give me fresh French fries at least

Stood for a while in front of a to-go bag I didn't realize was mine. After I stood for several minutes without even the people in front of me being greeted I looked at the receipt on the bag & realized its my own food I'd prepaid for sitting there getting cold. I was not before the quoted pickup time. I let the next associate know. She looked me up and down and said I could wait for the associate. My food was cold when I got it. I won't order from here again bc the food wasn't good like it was hyped online and I felt disregarded. If I bumped my head and gave Chili's a second chance I'd demand they remake it even if it's just a reheat. Awful service. Threw those mozzarella sticks I came for in the trash. Poor employees gonna sink your rebrand. Never had you before now I'll go out of my way to help it that way.

Very affordable and delicious! The burger and fries were fresh and flavorful. The salad was decent, although the tomatoes weren’t the best. Service was fast and unobtrusive, which made the experience pleasant overall.

Had the triple dipper! It was take out so I had to warm it up in my air fryer was pretty good. Was in and out of the take out area as well, no wait time.

We haven’t been to a chilis since the pandemic and it was a wonderful experience! I saw the reviews so we were a little worried but it was great! We went when the restaurant opened and it was quick and our server was attentive and friendly! The food was nice and hot also which was great

A group of friends & I came in tonight for dinner. Our server was Desiree. She was AMAZING!! Even sung a birthday song for my husband by herself. Her voice is phenomenal. Her Service the best I’ve have seen. Her work ethic even better! Again she was amazing

I love a good hot spice? Anyone else order a fajita at this location and thought they were going to lose it!! Had to down milk and ice cubes after a few bites to get over it!!!’ Was I punked?!?! 🌶️😳
