Disappointed to say the least! I actually order here often and I’m Well aware of what I eat. I placed my order I asked for it to be simply plain, I also ordered food for my co workers and for whatever reason the manager states that she repeated my order and I just don’t agree with that because I didn’t agree with having to come back at that time she mentioned that was my only option so here is my honest review. I spend honest money with this store so I didn’t appreciate that and I doubt I’ll be back Thanks

Should’ve know better when seeing they were slow on a Saturday. Few points to the manager for trying to rectify the situation but don’t recommend dining here…at all. Took a while to get our food, main courses came out before the appetizers (think the waitress forgot to put it in and the lied about it), sisters chicken had weird texture as if it was raw. We took home our leftovers and my mom became very sick for 2 days after eating them. Absolutely unacceptable and again, I do not recommend dining here.

Ordered wings with fries and a pasta dish to go. The fries were piled on top of the wings in the sauce. Didn't seem to care about that when preparing the order.

Pleasant experience ! The food was hot , the wait time was reasonable for our party size of 4 . The drinks were decent. Def try the Southwestern Eggrolls . I think this is one of the better Chilis around.

Very good food quality and all the order came out excellent. The server was very friendly and nice. No rush or pushing. The place is very well kept and cleaned. The frozen margaritas are really good and the food was on point. A very good experience in our visit.

It was the worst experience in this location on a Saturday night with a party of 15. First the table was not set for 15 people, we had to split and sit becoz of the table not arranged for 15 people. Second the water never arrived until we asked for at the end for 2 people. Have you ever heard of getting the dessert before the main course?? It happened here in spite of telling them to hold on to the dessert until the end and servers argued that they will get the dessert immediately when ordered which was never communicated. The server dropped a piece of food just right before placing on the table, which the person never apologized for which was kind of rude. My order never came until everyone was finished and ready to go, which I called them and said if it’s getting late please cancel the order. Which they got it in a Togo box and I said I don’t want it, and they said they will put it in a plate and get it for me which I refused to.. and got the cancelled item added to my bill and I was really frustrated and so mad which I had to call the manager and explain the whole scenario, then they took off from my bill. Totally a very unpleasant, rude, lots of drama with the waiter, literally I will never go to Chilies my worst experience for all of us.

Some things I can understand and other things I can TRY to understand, but for the life of me I’ll never understand how eating in a reputable food chain with pest & insects crawling on a table and customers!! I complained about an apparent ant infestation and nothing was done about it!! On Feb. 15th I realized I made the wrong choice in more ways than one. This location has really went down hill and the chain appears to be following suit!! I will never step foot into another Chili’s to be disrespected and attacked by ants!
Something was off with my old timer cheeseburger. Maybe it was too greasy but it didn't taste as good as usual.
My favorite restaurant to eat ate when visiting Charlotte, NC.
