So I was at Chillis on 11/19/2024 I ordered the mushroom hamburger medium which was very good as well as the service… The manager came out greeted us and wanted to know if everything was ok, we all know that doesn’t happen often… I can’t remember the server’s name or the manager’s my apologies because you both deserve to be known

10/10/10 across the board! I drove from Fort Mill after quickly researching which Chili’s is THE BEST near my area. This location had the most recent positive reviews so I said a prayer and took the chance. lol. I’m pretty particular so I promise, you can trust me when I tell you; my experience was exceptional! Sky was on point and shout out to the cook (April.) THANK YOU, my food came out super fresh/super HOT just like I like it! PLEASE keep up the great work. Exceptional...

The food was good. It was brought out hot and fresh. Even though some of the order was incorrect Carmel fixed it. Carmel was a great server and anticipated all of our needs for a party of 8!
