I used love this place. I've been coming here the past 15 years. Food was not all that great anymore recently and the 2 hispanic young ladies as cashier are very unprofessional and rude. They need better training and knowledge with serving customers. They are not welcoming at all. I don't understand what happened to this place its used to be so good. I even moved away from the area and still drove 30 mins. To get food from here. Mow its awful.

I normally go for lunch and would only say a B for the food, but Saturday night I went for dinner and had sweet and sour chicken, friend rice and egg drop soup….all was amazing! I’m not sure if lunch cook is a different person but they need lesson from the dinner cook

Great food. I had never ate spare ribs with black beans and decided to give it a try since I wanted spare ribs. Was not disappointed with the spare ribs. I have a new personal favorite and will definently order again. The pepper steak is also delicious. Meat is nice and tender and the flavor was spectacular. Egg rolls are also great. Although the size of the egg roll was a bit disappointing.

I've been coming to Chin Chin for 23 years. If you asked me for the best Chinese food in town, I would send you to the Farm Pond Lane location without hesitation. Recently, they changed management and EVERYTHING went downhill. All the food is different, in a bad way. It's not gross, but it's not good either. If that weren't enough, today, they messed up my delivery order after confirming they would get it right. I had to go out in the rain and get my proper order. I politely asked for some sort of accommodation for my troubles, and the manager politely explained that she couldn't. So, here we are. My honest review of this location is that the food is bad, the customer service is not accommodating, and the manager, while nice, will not accept responsibility for her team's mistakes. I'll never go there again.

Yesterday I asked for a vegetable lo mein, Six spring rolls, Five hot oils. Not only were the employees(two 17 year old females Cindy and the other girl working the register) laughing at me while I was making my order as if they were judging me, they Gave me beef lo mein, which I didn’t realize until I started to eat the food. Also, they did not give me all of my oils. I’ve been having issues with this place for a while now, But this is the first time my lo mein contained beef. I am vegan, so imagine how my body feels currently. Not feeling too well on New Year’s Eve because these young females were not properly doing their jobs. Especially Miss Cindy!

The General Taos chicken is sooo fire 🔥 Along with the shrinp lo mein, Just wish they made their crab ragoons more fuller and creamy.
I mostly order delivery. Being from NY, this place is closest to NY chinese in this area

I paid for two steak egg rolls got only one the other one was vegetables roll plus paid for big boneless ribs they gave me one but changed me $55 & the food was only $25 don't know if I ever order from them again last owner's did way better please do better just checked my ribs bunt
