The last three times we’ve ordered, our order have either been wrong or not edible. One of our orders had food for three people and all of the rice was undercooked (almost raw) and chicken was so spicy you couldn’t eat it. Last time I redeemed a reward and it was missing from the order. The most frustrating part is that you can’t contact a person at the store to even try to get things fixed without driving all the way back.
