Chipotle really needs to give customers the option to choose non-spicy food. The tomato salsa and even the grilled steak are way too hot, even when nothing spicy is selected. Totally unacceptable for people who can’t eat spicy food.
I’m finally making myself write this review because it’s well deserved. This location is consistently the best. And it’s not just one thing…the ingredients are always fresh, the staff listens to directions (more of this, less of this), they move a line quick, etc. And I’ll add that I’ve been to a lot of chipotle locations. Some in Charlotte are pretty terrible. But this one is great. I look forward to consistently getting the best guacamole and the saltiest chips here....
I ordered my food and sat down and ate, as I'm sitting there I saw a group of people about to walk in, so do the employees. One of the guys didn't like that too well and proceeded to tell the girl making the food to start telling customers they were only accepting cash. Most people turned around as they wanted, but it was like over an hour before closing.
