The staff were friendly the location seemed clean. I didn’t look around too much to notice anything. However, the guy making my bowl really frustrated me. I’ve never been to a chipotle that gave you A LOT of rice and very little beans like two tablespoons of beans lol and extremely small portion of meat like the smallest portion he could imagine. I noticed he did this when I wasn’t looking but when I was looking at him make the bowl he gave me the appropriate serving of what I requested on my bowl. Very weird for him to do that. Probably won’t come back to this location. Should’ve read the reviews first but I was craving chipotle.

I live close by and the last 3 times I have gone I left.

This place has become a joke. They never have steak or chicken at lunch or dinner. Those are prime time which makes it more ridiculous.

The workers are always joking around in the back and then act like it’s a chore to take an order. Also very rude to customers who ask for anything for them to make an effort. I’m done with this place. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

It’s Chipotle, not to hard to just serve customers..

My wife was trying to use the free bowl reward. However, the lady at the checkout line was giving attention and blame us that we should tell her we are using free bowl reward. How are we suppose to know? It is chipotle’a fault, not us. Won’t come back again for the horrible attitude

Came in on my lunch break and asked one of the associates for unmixed white rice. He says that they can’t do that. I stated I’ve gotten it at every chipotle I’ve been too no problem. Another worker chimes in and states they can’t do it. The food has already gone sub-par but given my time crunch I thought no harm, but it looks like I’ll be making my own chipotle and my own unmixed rice.

Mixed Feelings After a Long-Awaited Visit

After almost two years, I finally got to visit Chipotle again, excited to relive my old memories of their filling, budget-friendly bowls. However, my experience left me confused and a little disappointed.

While the food still tastes great, fresh, and customizable as always, the portion size has noticeably shrunk. The bowl that used to satisfy my appetite (and even leave some for later) barely filled me up this time. The price hasn’t changed much, but the value definitely has. It’s frustrating to see inflation hitting even drive-through eateries like Chipotle, subtly reducing portions while keeping prices similar.

As someone who relied on Chipotle during my time as an international student for its generous serving sizes, this shift feels like a letdown. I still appreciate their quality ingredients and flavors, but I hope they reconsider their portion sizes because customer trust is built on consistency, not just taste.

One of the worst places i have ever ate they deserve zero stars. All there food was old cold and the chicken tasted uncooked. Only took like two bites outta the whole bowl. Customer service was horrible they stopped halfway threw making my bowl to argue with a lady about the bathrooms being lock when she clearly tried to use it and it was locked then continued to tell her it was open just to then leave my bowl unattended to go open the bathroom. I wanted to ask for a refund however did not want to deal with employee or argue over it. It was definitly a 50$ dollar waster for two nasty bites of my bowl to just throw the rest out?

They gave me raw chicken had everything else was cold no ice and something in my bowl that he seen and didn’t take it out employee fought about bathroom being open and they were very rude

This is by far the worst Chipotle establishment I have ever been to. Save your money and time. Go to a different Chipotle. They are always out of food. I wish there was a negative stars option.

Rude. Bad service. They didn’t have chicken or veggies available. They gave like a tiny spoonful of beans. Beans are cheap, like come on.
Then when we asked for veggies they gave us this eye roll, like “really?! You’re asking for veggies?”

We ordered an online catering. Was told to pull up at 7. We went at 7:15 and they hadn’t started making our order and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Very obviously talked about us after we left the store after waiting 20 minutes for our order to be made and overall was not a good experience
