New manager has turned things around. She’s so friendly and cares about customers and staff. She took this chipotle from the worst location to pretty solid. Would love her to work at our company given how I’ve seen the turnaround up close this past year.

Always something out of stock or funky. Today the carnitas were dry and burnt/bitter and the guacamole was out of stock. The guacamole is often brown. Not worth it.

Rarely would I leave a review for a big chain like chipotle but they killed it tonight. I ordered a burrito ahead and picked it up. It was busy when I went it but my burrito was done and waiting for me regardless.
No joke, this thing way more the a new born child. I just finished it over the course of a half hour and am entering a food coma as I type this. 10/10 value would order again.

The tomato salsa and several other items at Chipotle are way too spicy, even when you don’t choose anything labeled as “spicy.” It’s completely unacceptable for customers who can’t eat hot food -even the grilled steak tastes peppery. This really needs to be fixed.

I have always been a fan of Chipotle, I love the taste, today as I was on my way back home, I found this particular Chipotle on my way, since I skipped breakfast this morning, I started to feel hungry, so I decided to make I stop at this place and eat inside. It wasn't busy at all, maybe 2 or three people dining inside, people at the counter were nice, but the place was filthy, floor and tables, there wasn't any table clean, the soda machine didn't have ice and the soda was at room temperature, I don't know if the soda station was broken ( they didn't say it was) , the food was flavorless. I don't think I will be coming back to this particular chipotle. As I was on my way out of the restaurant I noticed the score which it wasn't as bad as the place really was. ( 94.4) was the score.

I’ve ordered here a couple of times through doorsdash and they’ve got my order right every time with no complaints. My burrito bowl was plentiful with nothing missing! Kuddos to the worker who made my bowl!
Every single time I come to this location they are always out of something or I have to wait MUCH LONGER than the wait time I was given. If they know it’s a busy location, why are they never prepared????

I usually go to midtown for chipotle but was close to this location for work. First off it’s disappointing how filthy and Dirty this place is. Anything from the glass where the food is to the glass door where u enter filled w hand prints. Its not okay to have the glass where the food is dusty and dirty it doesn’t look good for the place. Also where the forks are located is dirty there is trash on floor as well. This place is full of employees but not one can help clean up. It has to do a lot w management. This chipotle needs a whole remodel from outside to inside. Employees are also rude you wont get a happy welcoming so beware!

This location is next to my work and I will never go back. I was the only person in line, and when I tried to place my order, the line cooks started making loud noises, and another worker distracted the girl making my food. She didn’t listen to my order and left out the ingredients I specifically requested for my tacos. I watched her make the tacos and couldn’t intervene because of the intentional noise and disruption. Several of my coworkers have confirmed they’ve had similar experiences at this location. Spending money here is a waste. The food is not fresh and the service is terrible. 💩🕳️
