I always enjoy their food but leaving this review to shout out their customer service too! I placed an order on a delivery service, and an hour later it still hadn’t arrived. The service kept saying it was still being prepped so I called Silverlake first to confirm the order went through. And then 30 minutes later to check back in. Something must have gone wrong with the delivery service because the meal had been waiting for over an hour to be picked up by the driver. Silverlake...read full review

Silverlake Ramen offers flavorful spicy tonkotsu and karaage in a chill atmosphere. The ramen is often praised, and the food is absolutely delicious and amazing. The staff takes exceptional care of all of their customers, contributing to the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. Many appreciate that they can choose how spicy they’d like their ramen. The Blaze Ramen and crispy chicken karaage are highly recommended, with the popcorn chicken being called the best in Charlotte. The flavor is amazing and outstanding. With attentive customer service and consistent food quality, Silverlake Ramen is a reliable choice and a Charlotte staple. Amenities include Arnold Palmer refills and complimentary white rice. The only tricky part is parking; there is a free parking lot right in front of the restaurant, but it is small and shared with about five other businesses. For those visiting from out of town, this place is definitely a must-stop, and many have returned for the amazing ramen. It is such a vibe.
