Parking and signage were questionable. Since the location is tucked in a nook, also a slight challenge. The smell/odor behind establishment smells like elephants took a dump.

Silverlake Ramen offers flavorful spicy tonkotsu and karaage in a chill atmosphere. The ramen is often praised, and the food is absolutely delicious and amazing. The staff takes exceptional care of all of their customers, contributing to the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. Many appreciate that they can choose how spicy they’d like their ramen. The Blaze Ramen and crispy chicken karaage are highly recommended, with the popcorn chicken being called the best in Charlotte. The flavor is amazing and outstanding. With attentive customer service and consistent food quality, Silverlake Ramen is a reliable choice and a Charlotte staple. Amenities include Arnold Palmer refills and complimentary white rice. The only tricky part is parking; there is a free parking lot right in front of the restaurant, but it is small and shared with about five other businesses. For those visiting from out of town, this place is definitely a must-stop, and many have returned for the amazing ramen. It is such a vibe.
