“This we our first time here. The service was good, I wish she had more of a personality. But she still was on point. The menu is simple, that's a good thing. It is a smaller place. So shortly after we sat down, it did get crowded. The food came out fast and hot plus good. We tried the pork gyoza, then tried the Spicy Miso Ramen, and the Miso Ramen. That spicy one was spicy and will open your sinuses up. But everything was delicious. I will go back and try the wings..“
“I really love the wall art and the seating. Very authentic and beautiful. The black ramen was my fav, I added fish cakes and chicken, the chicken is to die for omg. The broth is splendid and I love the portions in the ramen, especially the bean sprouts since I'm a big fan of those. The chopsticks are great quality and the sake I had was super oishii. My partner had white ramen and it was also really good. The pork belly literally melts in your mouth its so delicious. We spent about 70+tip, had 1 white, 1 black, a Kani (crab) salad, added chicken and fish cakes, and a bottle of sake which was like 22. I really loved the crab salad, it was honestly spicier than I expected and I loved it.“
“Sushi has always been high quality, but it seems like their prices have gotten more reasonable (or maybe they have stayed the same while other sushi in the area has gotten more expensive). I was impressed by the relatively low bill during my most recent visit.“
“As a Seattle native and recent transplant in CLT, Miku is my go-to spot for sushi. I’ve had the pleasure of dining a handful of times and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and the ambience is inviting. The restaurant is very clean and organized. In my opinion, Miku’s overall quality & value easily beat out the competition - Red Sake. I’ve recently moved further away from Miku, but I will continue to make the drive for some great sushi!“
“My wife and I got a chance to eat there today and it was awesome. We had the chicken tenders, ahi tuna and fried pickles. The food is delicious and the service was great. A good amount of parking for the area and a nice airy open seating area.“
“First tried dining here for a date night, we really loved it so we went back for a family brunch and our little girl absolutely loved it! Our server Andrew was awesome too! From appetizer rangoons, to our yuzu sodas, the entrees (dang! that char siu is the best), and the dessert... customizing our bubble waffles was definitely the highlight!☺“
“Some of the best ramen I’ve had in Charlotte! Everything was delicious, the broth was creamy and full of flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I loved the pork belly, it was soft and a bit crisp at the same time. I also loved the dumplings. It’s very simple service and you order yourself so easy enough. Will be back soon!“
